Field Sales Representatives (Foot Soldiers)

We are hiring on behalf of a growing organic food restaurant in Nairobi CBD looking for outgoing, target-driven Foot Soldiers to introduce their healthy meals to offices and businesses around the city.

You’ll:

• Visit offices and businesses to present our menu and win new customers.
• Take orders and make sure they’re passed accurately to the kitchen.
• Build lasting relationships with regular customers and corporate clients.
• Follow up on customer feedback and repeat orders.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Report daily on visits, orders, and leads.

You have:

• KCSE certificate; a certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in field sales.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence approaching new people and walking into offices.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi CBD and its surroundings.
