Restaurant Supervisor

We’re hiring on behalf of a growing organic food restaurant in Nairobi CBD looking for a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team and deliver fast, friendly service.

You’ll:

• Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead, schedule, and train staff.
• Handle customer service and complaints.
• Keep food quality, hygiene, and safety standards high.
• Manage stock, cash, and daily reports.

You have:

• A diploma or certificate in Food & Beverage or Hospitality.
• 2+ years in food and beverage, with at least 1 year supervising.
• Fast-food or quick-service restaurant experience.
• Strong leadership skills under pressure.
• A valid food handler’s certificate (or willingness to get one).
• Availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Bonus:

Interest in organic or healthy food, and POS experience.
