Job Summary
Our client, a reputable real estate company based in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales and lettings, generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. The role requires a proactive sales professional with proven experience in marketing and selling off-plan residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets through proactive business development and sales activities.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead generation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support business growth.
- Market, sell, and facilitate the letting of residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct client consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Organize and accompany prospective buyers and tenants on property viewings, site visits, and inspections.
- Explain property features, architectural plans, floor layouts, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and property proposals.
- Negotiate property sale and lease terms while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence using the company’s CRM or other reporting tools.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, property values, and emerging real estate opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of transactions and excellent customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts as required by management.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in real estate sales.
- Demonstrated experience in selling off-plan apartment developments is mandatory.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in business development and client acquisition through cold calling and lead generation.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans, and property layouts, with the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
- Knowledge of the Nairobi real estate market and property investment trends will be an added advantage.
