About the Role
Coveted HR Services is recruiting on behalf of a leading airtime dealership company with distribution rights across multiple telecommunications providers. Our client is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and manage client relationships.
Job Purpose
To sell and manage the distribution of communication products and services—airtime, SIM cards, mobile financial services, and devices—to resellers and distributors within the assigned territory. The role is responsible for identifying and maximizing sales opportunities to ensure efficient revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various telecom platforms.

Onboard new clients and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.

Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Achieve sales revenue targets within the assigned territory.

Deliver on sales targets for airtime, SIM cards, and devices.

Maintain an up-to-date partner contact database and ensure all KYC information is accurate.

Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform business strategy.
Requirements

2–5 years of experience in a sales and distribution role within telecommunications or FMCG.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
