Job Title: Sales Consultant – HR Services

Job Purpose
To generate and grow business by selling the company’s range of HR service solutions including talent acquisition, staff outsourcing, and payroll support through effective prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship management. This role requires a motivated sales professional with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle and deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Drive business development efforts to meet and exceed agreed sales objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities through multiple channels including networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital engagement.
- Negotiate and close contracts with corporate clients.
- Pipeline and Lead Management
- Identify, qualify, and manage leads through the sales process using the company CRM system.
- Maintain timely follow-up and ensure all opportunities are progressed efficiently through the sales funnel.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing client needs promptly.
- Reporting and Forecasting
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management review.
- Analyse lead sources, client feedback, and lost opportunities to identify areas for improvement.
- Product and Market Knowledge
- Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s HR service offerings, processes, and value proposition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor offerings, and relevant labor market trends.
- Continuous Learning
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales techniques and service knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within professional services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
