Production Supervisor

Role Summary:
The Production Supervisor will oversee all day-to-day precast manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved, quality standards maintained, and resources optimally utilized. This role is crucial in coordinating teams, materials, and equipment for efficient plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily precast concrete production activities.
• Ensure that production output meets quantity and quality targets as per client specifications.
• Allocate tasks to production teams and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and control production costs.
• Identify and troubleshoot production challenges, implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and performance records.
• Coordinate closely with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to meet operational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in concrete production or precast supervision.
• Strong knowledge of precast production processes, output tracking, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
