About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Management Consultant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in strategy, management consulting, or venture capital, and will contribute to driving organizational growth and supporting high-level business initiatives.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Management or Strategy Consultant in a consultancy or venture capital firm.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or International Business (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and advisory skills.
• Ability to work closely with executives and deliver actionable insights.

Candidate Profile

• We are seeking a seasoned professional with mid-to-senior level experience in management consulting.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Kenya.
