Machine Operator – QTJ4-18

Role Summary:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for the efficient operation, setup, and basic maintenance of the QTJ4-18 hydraulic block-making machine, ensuring consistent production quality and output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the QTJ4-18 block-making machine according to production schedules.

• Assist in installation, calibration, and machine setup for optimal performance.

• Monitor machine functions and adjust settings to maintain product quality.

• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance to prevent breakdowns.

• Perform smooth mold changeovers with minimal downtime.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure cleanliness of the work area.

• Report technical issues to the maintenance team promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience operating the QTJ4-18 or similar hydraulic block-making machines.

• Hands-on experience with machine installation and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of concrete mix ratios and mold care.

• A technical certificate or diploma is an added advantage.
