Position:         Counter Sales – Sewing Machines

Location:         Ngong Town – on site

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales professional to join our client team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their sewing machine needs, processing sales, and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter, addressing their inquiries about sewing machines and accessories. ​
• Demonstrate sewing machine features and explain product benefits to help customers make informed decisions. ​
• Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system. ​
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new models and promotions. ​
• Provide basic troubleshooting advice and answer maintenance questions. ​
• Keep the sales area clean and organized. ​
• Report sales figures and inventory needs to management. ​

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills. ​
• Basic knowledge of sewing machines is an advantage. ​
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and systems
