Electromechanical Technician

Role Summary:
The Electromechanical Technician will ensure optimal functioning of the QTJ4-18 hydraulic block machine and other related production equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires both electrical and mechanical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain the QTJ4-18 hydraulic block machine and auxiliary systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, hydraulic components, electrical controls, and sensor systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults quickly to reduce downtime.
• Perform wiring, alignment, and system integration tasks for plant machinery.
• Keep detailed service records, maintenance schedules, and repair logs.
• Collaborate with production teams to align machine performance with output requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and electrical/mechanical standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Certificate in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ hands-on experience in plant or machine maintenance.
• Strong skills in both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to technical issues.
